SHIPPING and STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING: Most orders ship the next business day following the day an order is received.  We currently ship within the Continental United States, utilizing Fed Ex or the United States Postal Services.  Shipping & Delivery time varies, depending upon the Fed Ex shipping schedule.  Please provide complete address, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code.  Whenever possible, please include your telephone number as well as one for the recipient.  Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charge is an additional $20.00.  We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

Ground Shipping is 10.95 per basket.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

Orders can be placed from the website at any time.  Please note that ordering early is the best way to ensure product availability.  Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the individual carrier’s rules.  Should your gift be damaged while being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim.  Notify us IMMEDIATELY @ InspirationalGiftsAndDecor@yahoo.com

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

Please allow up to 2 business days for non-personalized orders to be processed.   Most items are shipped within 4-7 business days.                               

Please understand that we have no control over USPS, UPS or FedEx delays in delivery.  Keep in mind that even "expedited shipping" policies per USPS, UPS and FedEx usually refer to "business days" when calculating days in transit.  For instance, an order placed on a Friday morning may not be fully processed  until the following "business" day - Monday.  The order may be processed and ready for shipping as early as Monday evening or Tuesday morning.  This is the beginning of "day 1" of transit - ending 24 hours later, then "day 2" of transit begins.  Thank you for understanding.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.  Returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA).  To receive a RA, please click on this link:

Please provide us with your order number, your name, shipping address, and a brief reason for your return or exchange.  Your purchase price will be refunded (minus shipping costs) via the original method of payment. Please understand that refunds will be submitted within 2 business days of approval however, your credit card company may take between 7-21 business days to process your refund. (We are sorry, but individual credit card company's policies are beyond our control.)

PLEASE NOTE:  We are not able to accept returns on any personalized items unless the error was obviously on our part.

We accept major credit cards and paypal. You can pay with your credit or debit card. You do not have to open an account with Paypal in order to use your credit card.

Other Forms of Payments:

We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Certified Checks.  During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter a Purchase Order Number (PO) which will be provided to you in the prompt on the screen.  Please include a copy of your order confirmation provided at checkout.
