SHIPPING: Most orders ship the next business day following the day an order is received. We currently ship within the Continental United States, utilizing Fed Ex or the United States Postal Services. Shipping & Delivery time varies, depending upon the Fed Ex shipping schedule. Please provide complete address, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Whenever possible, please include your telephone number as well as one for the recipient. Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charge is an additional $20.00. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Ground Shipping is 10.95 per basket.

Orders can be placed from the website at any time. Please note that ordering early is the best way to ensure product availability. Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the individual carrier’s rules. Please allow up to 2 business days for non-personalized orders to be processed. Most items are shipped within 4-7 business days.
Personalized items require extra time for processing. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of personalized merchandise. If you require an expedited order, please e-mail us PRIOR to placing an order. We will do everything within our power to accommodate you. When e-mailing us, please provide the specific item you are interested in, your city, state and shipping zipcode so we may advise you of the best shipping method and an approximate arrival date.
Please understand that we have no control over USPS, UPS or FedEx delays in delivery. Keep in mind that even "expedited shipping" policies per USPS, UPS and FedEx usually refer to "business days" when calculating days in transit. For instance, an order placed on a Friday morning may not be fully processed until the following "business" day - Monday. The order may be processed and ready for shipping as early as Monday evening or Tuesday morning. This is the beginning of "day 1" of transit - ending 24 hours later, then "day 2" of transit begins. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA). To receive a RA, please click on this link: Return Authorization Request.
Please provide us with your order number, your name, shipping address, and a brief reason for your return or exchange. Your purchase price will be refunded (minus shipping costs) via the original method of payment. Please understand that refunds will be submitted within 2 business days of approval however, your credit card company may take between 7-21 business days to process your refund. (We are sorry, but individual credit card company's policies are beyond our control.) PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to accept returns on any personalized items unless the error was obviously on our part.
